Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.
How to Exercise Your Right

Return of Goods
Return the product within 14 days of informing us. The product should be in its original, unopened packaging where possible. You bear the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty.
Refund
We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Refunds are made by the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been opened may not be eligible for return. Defective products are handled separately under applicable warranty.
